Hey! I'm Meg - the face behind Adapted By Meg Hurst. In 2021, I developed Gastroparesis, leaving me unable to eat orally and having to be fed via an NJ feeding tube. It's been a bumpy ride but I'm so grateful to this piece of plastic that's saved my life. I have met so many amazing tubies and tubie Mum's who have really supported me and I have become part of a community I never knew I needed.

Many a discussion amongst me and my friends have led to how inaccessible clothing is for those with tubes of any kind - welcome Adapted By Meg Hurst. The aim of this brand is to allow children AND adults to still be able to wear the clothes they want to express themselves in rather than just what's available to them.

If there are any specific requirements for the clothing you need them don't hesitate to get in touch and we will be able to adapt items in a way that suits your needs.

We also offer bespoke alterations - if you have an event coming up and want to wear something specific then send us your garments and we will adapt them for you!

All items are pre-loved so we can keep the costs down as much as possible!
